01 Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player" or "you") and h99 ("h99," "we," "us," or "our") with respect to your use of the h99 website at h99.fun and all associated products, services, games, and features available through the platform.

By accessing the h99 website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, VIP programme terms, and privacy policy that h99 publishes. In the event of any conflict, these Terms take precedence unless specifically stated otherwise in the relevant document.

02 Eligibility and Account Registration

The h99 platform is available exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are registering and playing on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.

• You have not previously had an h99 account suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms.

Each player may only hold one active account on h99. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Philippine mobile number. Providing false information at any stage — including during KYC verification — is a material breach of these Terms.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification requires the submission of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document. KYC must be completed before withdrawal requests can be processed. h99 may request updated or additional documentation at any time as part of ongoing compliance procedures.

03 Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your h99 account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.

h99 uses OTP-based login verification and SSL encryption to protect account access and cashier transactions. While these measures significantly reduce the risk of unauthorised access, you remain responsible for ensuring that your account is accessed only by you.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify h99 support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected]. h99 will take reasonable steps to secure the account upon notification but cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access that occurred before you notified us.

You must not use any automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the h99 platform in any way that is not expressly permitted. Any activity that disrupts, impairs, or attempts to circumvent the normal operation of the platform is prohibited.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on h99 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). h99 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency. Supported payment channels include Philippine online and mobile banking, bank transfers, and e-wallets.

Deposits are credited to your h99 account balance upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. h99 is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or e-wallet provider's own processing systems.

Withdrawals are processed only to a Philippine bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name, matching your verified KYC identity. h99 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be fully completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available account balance after any applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• h99 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• VIP members at Silver, Gold, and Diamond tiers receive priority withdrawal processing as part of their tier benefits.

h99 does not charge internal processing fees on withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside h99's control. Specific minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier at the time of your request.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

h99 may offer bonuses, cashback, and promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. The availability, structure, and conditions of any specific promotion are governed by the individual terms published alongside that promotion at the time it is active.

General principles that apply to all h99 bonuses and promotions include:

• Bonuses are available only to players who have completed KYC verification unless stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable requirements will be stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• One bonus per player, per household, per IP address applies unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

06 Game Rules and Betting

In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrectly displayed odds, a game malfunction, or a data feed error — h99 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant player accounts. h99's decision in such matters is final.

Sports betting markets are subject to the rules of the relevant sporting body for the event in question. Bets on events that are postponed, abandoned, or declared void by the governing body will be settled in accordance with h99's sports betting rules as published in the platform's sportsbook section.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on h99. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent closure of your account:

• Registering more than one account, including accounts using different names or contact details belonging to the same individual.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account details at any point on the platform.
• Colluding with other players in any game where collusion is possible, including poker and live casino table games.
• Using any software, algorithm, exploit, or technical method to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime through the platform.
• Attempting to exploit bonus structures, including through multi-accounting, bonus abuse, or arbitrage betting designed solely to extract bonus value.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by local law.
• Allowing a minor (under 21 years of age) to access your account or play using your credentials.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the h99 platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and trademarks — is the property of h99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the h99 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the platform or its content without prior written consent from h99.

The h99 name, logo, and branding are trademarks of h99. Use of these marks without authorisation is prohibited.

09 Limitation of Liability

h99 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure the platform operates reliably and securely, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free performance, or that the platform will meet every individual player's expectations.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, h99 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Losses resulting from internet connectivity failures, device issues, or circumstances outside h99's reasonable control.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform.
• Losses resulting from technical failures of third-party payment providers.

h99's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Responsible Gaming

h99 may suspend or terminate any player account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — cases involving a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, regulatory requirements, or the discontinuation of the platform in any jurisdiction.

You may request the closure of your h99 account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Account closure requests are typically processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining balance in a closed account, subject to verification and these Terms, will be returned to you via your last verified withdrawal method.
